My body was hurting
My mind was foggy
My spirit felt broken
Body feels young, flexible and full of energy
Mind is creative, fluid and targeted, ready to work
My spirit is free, flying through life with love and ease
And guess what? I want to bring this heart-centered mind, body, spirit experience to YOU!
Body is the physical manifestation of who we are - the blood, muscle and bone. It is a simple, basic creation to experience the life we live, the most elemental piece of who we truly are.
Mind is where we create and experience who we are - we think and feel, we process what our body sees, smells and tastes and decide what that means. Our mind is great, it can live in the past, the present and the future - it creates the next steps for the body to experience.
Spirit is who we really are - the energy that animates the body and frees the mind to think. Spirit is pure, loving, infinite and amazing. Spirit creates the mind and body, spirit is the true existence, the piece that will knows all, sees all, feels all.
Why do we have pain in our lives? Why do our bodies hurt from simple day-to-day activities? How can we do something so simple - like bending down to pick something up - and end up with back pain that leaves us laying on the floor, unable to move? The answers are both simple and complex. Our bodies are animated by the spirit, and are affected every day by our mind - how we think and feel. And our bodies express the wish of spirit to “experience life” and the creation of that experience from the thoughts and feelings of the mind.
Hi, I’m Stacy. I love what I do, and live what I love!. I am a healer at heart - my passion to help people feel better has been there as long as I can remember. My second love it art - and I am definitely an artist - I paint and draw, read books about science fiction and fantasy, and I sing, mostly while I paint. Life is so boring without art and music!
I decided I needed to help others heal in my early 20’s. During that time, I had moved to a corporate job setting, and started noticing the toll it was taking on my to sit at my desk all day. My back and shoulders started aching, especially my lower back - bending down or standing up straight would leave me in agony! Worst of all, I stopped singing, painting and reading for fun - I stopped feeling and experiencing my life, I just lived with pain. I went in for a massage after work one day, and felt so much better - I knew I wanted to help others feel the way I did after that first appointment.
Massage is one of the best ways to help others really tune into how they are feeling. And honestly, it gives us that personal interaction that people in our current digital world really crave. There is so much involved with massage - it’s not just about sore muscles. I know beyond a doubt that how we are feeling & experiencing emotions, as well as what we are thinking absolutely impact how our bodies move and feel on a day-to-day basis. That’s another reason I love massage - I incorporate my ability to feel energy through my hands in order to really target where my clients need the work, and how much support they need from me. Some days, my clients need to release and talk about what’s bothering them, some days, they are quiet and allow the muscular release to do the work on pain relief. This is truly a two-handed career - my clients are just as invested in feeling better as I am - it’s the perfect combination.
